What is included with a booth at Safety+?
Each booth comes with a full back drape and a half drape on each side separating you from your neighboring booths. Each 10 x 10 booth comes with 2 complimentary booth personnel registrations. Exhibitors are listed in our mobile app with booth numbers so attendees can easily find them. Exhibitors will also receive an opted in pre and post attendee list. The expo hall is not furnished or carpeted, so VPPPA offers a turnkey package to purchase furnishings and carpet.
Can Exhibitors Attend Workshops Sessions and go to Events?
Yes, exhibitor registrations include full access to receptions, workshops, and events. Exhibitors are welcome to attend providing they have coverage at their booths during scheduled expo hours. Advanced registration is required for workshops, tours, and the Golf tournament, they fill up fast.
