
Photograph Release
By submitting the online registration form, registrants understand that photographs and video may be taken of them during VPPPA symposium events and can be used for any purpose.
Liability Waiver
Registrants agree and acknowledge that they are undertaking participation in VPPPA events and activities of their own free will, and they are fully aware that possible physical injury might occur as a result of their participation in these events. Registrants give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly and they are, as a result, able to participate in VPPPA events and hereby assume responsibility for their own well-being.
Code of Conduct
All Safety+ Registrants must adhere to the Code of Conduct. Completion of this online registration serves as acknowledgement and agreement to the Code of Conduct.
Registration Payment Policy
Registrants with an outstanding balance will not be able to attend the symposium until payment has been made. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, checks and ACH are accepted during the online registration process. If paying by check or ACH, please include the invoice number and registrant’s full name to avoid any lost or unidentified payments. At onsite registration counters, fees will have to be paid with a credit card. VPPPA does not accept Purchase Orders at any time. There are two (2) payment options available during online registration.

- “Bill Me Later”
Registrants selecting “Bill Me Later” will have an outstanding balance. Instructions for offline payments are provided on the registration payment page and within the invoice. You may view the invoice by clicking the “View Open Invoices” link found in the confirmation email.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions are accepted at no additional charge. Here is a quick instructional guide on how to manage substitutions.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are not permitted. Registrations are not transferable to other VPPPA hosted events, or future Safety+ Symposiums. Substitutions are encouraged.
Indemnification
Symposium attendees and guests, to the extent permitted by law, agree to indemnify VPPPA and its officers, directors, agents, and employees, of and from all claims, demands, or suits for personal injury or property damage, including costs and attorney fees, in any way arising out of or related to third party claims based on indemnifying party’s negligent acts or omissions in connection with the conference.
