What is the cost to attend Safety+?

The cost to attend Safety+ can vary depending on factors such as your VPPPA membership status (savings of $200/attendee), the type of registration (early bird, regular, on-site), and any additional off-site tours or pre/post conference workshops you choose to attend.

Do I have to be/pursing VPP Star status to attend?

No – VPPPA’s mission is to advance health and safety excellence through collaboration, mentorship, and education to raise the standard for a safe & healthy workplace for EVERYONE. Our goal is to make safety a core value for every employer and every employee no matter what their status is.

How do I receive the member rate when registering for Safety+?

In order to receive the member rate, your membership dues must be current and you must log in using your member ID.

What’s included in the registration rate?

Your registration fee includes access to all workshops Sunday through Wednesday (except the VPP Application Workshop), three networking receptions, three lunches, our expansive exhibit hall, and so much more!

Can I make a substitution?

Absolutely! To substitute an attendee, please complete this form.

What is the cancellation policy?

VPPPA does not offer refunds once a registration has been processed nor can you use it next year,  but substitutions are strongly encouraged.

How do I get a copy of VPPPA’s W-9?

Why won’t my credit card payment go through?

We have sometimes seen where your credit card company may view the transaction as an unauthorized charge. Please contact your credit card company to have them authorize this transaction and then try again.

Why am I getting an error message after submitting my registration?

Please make sure you completed all the required fields. After an Error message, please do not click the back button. Please refresh your browser and submit again.
