How much is Registration and what does it include?

Registration rates vary depending on VPPPA Membership status, Registration Type, and the date you register. A breakdown of registration types, rate deadlines and prices can be found at Registrant Types.

Full Symposium attendance includes your choice from 65 concurrent workshops worth 1 CEU, Sunday Deep Dive Sessions, and 2 days of access to the exhibit hall. Lunch is included with registration.

I’m a VPPPA Member, how do I receive the member discount?

To receive the member discount, your membership investment must be current, you must be listed on a member company’s roster, and you must log in using your username and password. Your username is your email address, and if you need to reset your password, click here.

How do I create a Username/ Password?

If you need to be added to your company’s membership roster, your Primary Contact will need to add you. Here is a step-by-step guide for Primary Contact’s to add someone to a site membership roster.

Can I make an attendee substitution?

Absolutely! You can make a substitution at any time for not additional cost. Complete this form, and we’ll make the requested changes. Substitution request after August 16 will need to be completed onsite.

What is the cancellation policy?

VPPPA does not offer refunds once a registration has been processed, and registrations cannot be credited toward the following year’s event. Substitutions are free of charge and strongly encouraged.

I’m a member of the press, how can I register?

Please reach out to our Communications Manager Ariana Hanaity to request registration.

Is there a virtual component this year?

The 2024 Safety+ Symposium will not feature a virtual component.

Is there a Tuesday Expo-Only Pass?

Expo-Only Passes are only available for Monday to offer a full day of hall time. If you would like to attend Tuesday, you can select the One-Day Attendee option at registration.

When do I get my badge?

Badge pickup is available onsite from any of our self check-in kiosks. Simply scan the code that will be emailed to you between August 21-23, or search by your last name at the kiosk.


Payment

Can I use a purchase order?

VPPPA does not process purchase orders.

Why won’t my credit card payment go through?

If you receive the error message: Transaction Failed. Process Method: Authorize. Net Error Code: (2) This Transaction has been declined this indicates that your credit card provider has not authorized VPPPA as a merchant. Please contact your bank or accounting team to request that VPPPA be added as an authorized provider using merchant code 6841.

Why does registration tell me I’m missing required fields?

Please double check that you have completed all required fields on both the registration contact as well as all attendees. If you have already tried to submit your registration with missing fields, please refresh your browser, and submit again.
