Affiliate Member

By joining VPPPA as an Affiliate Member, you are eligible to register for the Safety+ Symposium at the member rate, receive access to pre- and post-symposium opt-ed in attendee mailing list when exhibiting, and much more. Passport to Prizes (Limited availability)

The Passport to Prizes is a guaranteed high-traffic booth driver. The Passport to Prizes is a passport-style product that is handed out to all attendees. The attendees must then visit all booths listed and receive a stamp in order to be eligible for prizes. More than 60% of Safety+ attendees participate.

Upgraded Exhibitor Listing (Limited availability)

An Upgraded Exhibitor Listing will highlight your company name, booth number and logo at the top of the printed exhibitor listing signage before all other standard exhibitor listings. Purchasing an Upgraded Exhibitor Listing will also highlight your company in the Safety+ Mobile App, as well as on our website, to help you stand out among your competitors.

Premium Booths 1 – (Pink Highlighted Area) – Additional $5.00 per sq. ft.

Premium Booths 2 – (Green & Yellow Highlighted Area) – Additional $3.00 per sq. ft.

PROSPECTUS

2026 Safety+ Symposium Standard Booth Package

Every 10′ x 10′ booth includes:

  • 2 booth personnel registrations* (Grants access to all areas of the event)
  • 2 additional booth personnel registrations at a discounted rate of $270 each for members and $370 each for non-members*
  • 8′ high back wall
  • 3′ high side drape
  • 7″ x 44″ booth ID sign (Provided to booths 300 square feet or less. Booths larger than 300 square feet may request a booth ID sign.)
  • Furnishing not included with the 2026 booth rate. Turn-Key Booth Package available for purchase. Please refer the Turn-Key Booth Package information.

*Every 10′ x 10′ booth includes 2 complimentary booth personnel registrations. You must register your booth personnel by Friday, August 1, 2025. Those failing to register their personnel by this date will be charged $260/person for members and $360/person for non-members.

*Premium Booths (Booths around VPPPA booth) – Additional $3.00 per sq. ft. additional charge.

Promoted Booth Package ($2,000)

For a select number of Safety+ booths, we are including a booth promotion package that provides exhibitors with discounted opportunities to give your brand increased exposure leading up to and during the event.
